I am writing an inquiry paper on how stress can be negative to the health including weight gain. The two articles I chose to discuss about talk about the negative aspects of stress. Stress can lead to depression, bad eating habits, anxiety, bad sleeping habits, etc. Stress is the trigger for even further health problems. Some of the statistics I read about stress include: "20% of Americans report extreme stress" (Jayson). This is a prety large percentage of people who has not just stress, but extreme stress.
