I have heard from my family multiple times that stress from life may be a factor to weight gain. I have always been curious if this was true because as a senior in high school, stress plays a key role in my life; and I don't want to get fat! I read an article on webmd saying that stress may lead to an increased appetite and cause you to eat more. This may be a factor to why people are gaining weight due to stress. Excessive eating does store as fat. Another reason I was interested in this topic was because I usually eat when I am studying or bored.
